A family chasing a life that feels a little slower, a little more intentional, and a lot more adventurous.

A few years ago, we realised we were spending our lives waiting.

Waiting for the next holiday.
Waiting for "the right time."
Waiting until someday.

So we stopped waiting.

We packed our lives into a few suitcases, bought a one-way ticket, and began exploring the world full-time.

Since then, we've wandered through mountain villages in Japan, hidden islands in Southeast Asia, bustling cities, quiet countryside, and places we'd only ever dreamed of visiting. Along the way we've learned that the best adventures rarely come from following the crowd—they come from taking the road that feels a little uncertain.

Today, our journey has led us somewhere we never expected.

An abandoned home tucked away in the Japanese Alps.

What began as a dream has become our biggest adventure yet.

Over the coming years, we'll be renovating it room by room, learning as we go, making plenty of mistakes, and sharing every step of the journey with our community.

But this website isn't just about renovating a house.

It's about building a life.

One filled with freedom, meaningful experiences, and the courage to choose a different path.
